  Replacement boiler - all went exactly as planned, no problems. Team came on time, friendly and tidy. Competitive quote with no hidden extras. The installers were happy to spend time answering questions. We had a minor hiccup a couple of days later but this was resolved promptly and without any hassle. Definitely would recommend. AW

  Amazing! It is so unusual in 2025 for people to be as polite and helpful as Ryan, he explained everything clearly. And yes, I know it is perhaps silly, but I found his use of "please" and "thank-you" to be so refreshing. He was a shining example of this company's workforce and I would 100% recommend their services, without doubt a great experience. Well done to Ryan, and lucky GMC for having him as an employee.

  Initial call was very straightforward, didn’t try to pad out the quote with any unnecessary additional work or procedures. Gave me a quote right away. On the day the work was done, the engineer arrived on time and just got on with the job. He was very nice, very efficient and very tidy.
