Absolute quality in the painting carried out in our house today. No fuss, no mess and extremely friendly. We would highly recommend G.M Build and Design. We will most definitely be using them again.

I did all preparatory work, other than inaccessible stairwell and high stained glass window, before accessing a painter. A quote from another tradesman was identical to Giamo’s but latter included materials and he had skills for remedial plastering and replacement of light fittings, plus knowledge of best materials. An early start date was a bonus and he finished a day early by use of third worker. Giako and his wife worked as a team: punctual, no radio, methodical, civil, unobtrusive ( we used bathroom upstairs), declined drinks with minimal lunch break, communicating well and professional.

Very happy with the work carried out by GM Build & Design, especially after fitting the job in at short notice. Giako was very knowledgeable about best materials to use for the job and realistic with timings for completion, definitely a company we'd use again.

Well done for brightening up my home, kitchen looks great, hallway bright and clean, living room , change of colour makes a big difference. Happy with work done. A hardworking couple, both worked extremely hard.
