I wanted 2 medium sized bedrooms decorated. GMA got back to me to request further information re the size and layout of the rooms and then sent a price across and details of when it could be done. From start to finish the communication was excellent and the results were brilliant, very happy, no mess and no stress. The guys turned up on time and ready to go… we knew they were on their way as they let us know up front, chatty from the start and a really pleasant pair of lads… the decorating was completed perfectly and the attention to detail spot on… place was immaculate when they’d finished. This person, Sam Liddle, agreed to come yesterday 17th May 2025 and asked me to get the room ready. I removed all pictures, plants and general ornaments etc. I had explained that moving things was difficult for me as I have arthritis in my spine and hands and struggle which makes life very difficult. Sam said he/she would arrive for 8-8:30. Friday late afternoon I had a message saying they were not going to make Saturday but would come Sunday. At7:20 I had another message saying they would not be able to make it and could they come next weekend. Obviously my answer was no.Verified reviewerJob location: TS11
