  I hired this tradesman to replace an old boiler with a new one, and the whole job was a mess from start to finish. He turned up multiple times without what he needed, left work unfinished, blamed me for things he should have identified himself, and even put the wrong address on the gas safety certificate. After finally saying the job was complete, there was still no hot water, and instead of taking responsibility he blamed me. Incompetent, disorganised, and unwilling to own his mistakes all the while charging me £500 more than quoted. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

  Boiler replacement

  Needed a full boiler replacement and new heating control system. Although the job become more complicated than expected Glyn adopted quickly and was able to get it completed. Overall, very pleased.

  Very happy with the work done on my boiler for an annual service. He came on time and was very efficient. I will certainly use him again for any plumbing problems.

  Glyn came over and found a lot of issues with my boiler and in the end we decided to replace it. It was a more complicated job than anticipated but he just got on with it. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and ask if I had any questions. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant. Would highly recommend.
