Glyn came over and found a lot of issues with my boiler and in the end we decided to replace it. It was a more complicated job than anticipated but he just got on with it. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and ask if I had any questions. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant. Our boiler ceased to work and needed replacing. I had another heating engineer provide me with a quote and took a second opinion from Glyn. While Glyn's view was the work needed was more extensive and overall more expensive, I decided to go with him because he clearly researched it thoroughly and took the time to give me lots of different options and explain the detail. I am extremely happy I went with him - he is professional, courteous, worked to the quote, his workmanship is very high quality and he was efficient. Really great experience overall. Glyn found multiple problems with a very old boiler which meant it was unsafe to leave on. He came back the next day to install a new one, even though it was out of normal working hours but it meant my tenants didn't have to go without heating or hot water.Verified reviewerJob location: SW4
