Gavin was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We encountered a number of issues along the way (not of Gavin’s doing but issues within the room), Gavin navigated them all and was able to work around and help with them. Had a quick look at my property was able to advise what needed to be done and not too long after when he availability did the job really well. he identified concerns with possible previous damage but still managed to finish the job with no issues! highly recommended
