Philip was prompt, polite, and made the whole boiler service experience easy and stress-free. - Philip arrived on time and got straight to work, showing a real respect for my home (asking about whether he should take shoes off, etc) - He was incredibly friendly - The service was completed efficiently, with no mess left behind, at a reasonable price If you want a hassle-free, professional boiler service from someone who’s both personable and efficient, GLR Energy are the ones to call! Absolutely incredible service. Came out to do a boiler service and gas safety check after another company let me down twice. Incredibly easy to arrange for them to visit. There was an apprentice with the main engineer and the level of care taken to show, explain, and properly teach the apprentice tells you everything you need to know about a company. Would highly recommend.

After being let down by 2 other local engineers and several others not bothering to call us back GLR attended a day after we contacted them to carry out a boiler service and gas certificate. Would highly recommend.
