Don managed to repair my shower, down to sheer effort and experience. Any other plumbing company would have said it was impossible to repair and I would have had to have had a new shower installed incurring considerable extra expense and disruption. Faultless service. Do not go elsewhere.

I've used Glow for over two years, covering various types of work, installations, shower repairs, as well as annual gas safety check and boiler servicing. Their integrity, professionalism and the quality of work is second to none ... which is why I continue to use them. Punctuality can be an issue, but that is understandable given the nature of their work, but they are great at communicating and letting you know what's going on. And if that isn't enough, they are a friendly, kind and honest group of people. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I have happily used Glow for several years to service my home boiler, and they recently came to the rescue when I needed help in an emergency with a rental property and was getting nowhere with British Gas. Great service and happy to recommend them.

Prompt, very efficient and friendly response. Nigel was very helpful in explaining the gas leak problem and how he had fixed it. He is my go-to for any problems with the heating system. Originally recommended by my neighbour - I have used him for the last 10 years for boiler servicing. I had already recommended him to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so.
