Glow Group recently fitted my new boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. The installation itself was seamless, with clear communication throughout so I always knew what was happening. They also replaced my Tado thermostat, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and easy to use. What really stood out was the electricians—who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was safe, tidy, and finished to the highest standard.

On 6 Nov Glow carried out a gas check and on 13 Nov Glow fixed a leaky tap. We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Great company, great communication and great work

Excellent service from Jack and the team. From the first contact the company provided a friendly and professional service, talking us through all the possibilities and options available on replacing our aged boiler. Good communication, and flexibility with the boiler install date. In total, 8 days between quote and installation. On day of fitting the new boiler, Morgan was friendly and considerate and completed his work in a timely manner including a thorough check of all the system before finishing his visit. Would highly recommend this company.
