    Replacing old combi boiler

    Excellent service from Jack and the team. From the first contact the company provided a friendly and professional service, talking us through all the possibilities and options available on replacing our aged boiler. Good communication, and flexibility with the boiler install date. In total, 8 days between quote and installation. On day of fitting the new boiler, Morgan was friendly and considerate and completed his work in a timely manner including a thorough check of all the system before finishing his visit. Would highly recommend this company.

    Glow have responded promptly (next day) when we have needed them most - always at a fraction of the cost other service providers wanted for the same level of urgency. Their customer service is impeccable, and every person encountered within Glow has been both friendly and helpful. Keep doing what you do, Glow.

    Service heat pump and adjust settings

    Allan was courteous and friendly, and listened well to my thoughts regarding excessive usage of electricity. I am optimistic that the adjustments he made have resolved these issues, but he recommends that we see how it goes for a while. Quite amazing that you sent me a technician so promptly ! During the year that I was with Marvel ( The installers ) I did not see their technician once, in spite of numerous requests.

    Had an under-performing wet Under Floor Heating System

    We have a large 3000 Sq Ft wet underfloor heating system, which as installed was unable to achieve the optimum / designed flow rates in all 22 loops. After a discussion and review of available data it was decided to exchange all of the pumps that were suitably rated. The whole experience was nothing less than I had expected having used Glow before. From booking to work being carried out and invoicing is always quick and efficient. The engineers work in such a tidy manner that there’s never a need to clean up after them. An extremely knowledgable team and highly dependable. Certainly recommend
