I organised a boiler service for my elderly mother, who has mobility problems and the team were really helpful in getting everything set up and ensuring that it was easy for my Mum on the day. The engineer Lee phoned in advance to say he was coming so Mum could be ready to let him in. Lee was efficient and friendly and put Mum at ease and went out of his way to ensure everything was set up correctly and running perfectly before he left. We have used them for many years now and are always extremely happy with the service we receive

Glowarm responded quickly to my problem. The boiler needed replacing. All options explained and assessed. Fitting of new boiler was fast and efficient.

We've been with Glowarm for several years. They carry out an annual check on our boiler and central heating. Recently they fitted a new hot water tank. They are an excellent company. Very professional and helpful. If you have an emergency they will always do their best to get to you as quickly as possible.
