Sometimes where flue clearances are tight or where the plumage from a modern boiler flue may cause a nuisance we add a plume management kit to achieve a safe and practical termination
This Viessmann combi went in the same position as the existing heat only boiler that was removed. This was a conversion where tanks and cylinder removed. Henhouse has good water pressure thus allowing the installation of a combi. We had to drill a new core hole for flue as the existing hole from previous boiler was too low. We made good old flue hole.
We removed an existing combi from an upstairs bedroom. Made good old flue hole and took back old pipes to under floor. A new Baxi 600 series combi installed in under stairs cupboard. Horizontal flue to outside. Installed with hHive active heating.

The old WB combi was in an upstairs bedroom. We installed new Baxi 600 series combi in new location/kitchen
This job was part of a conversion where tanks cylinder and old heat only boiler were removed. We installed this combi in the location of the old hot water cylinder. An addition was a towel radiator that not only works off of the new Baxi gas boiler but also has an electrical element fitted for the summer months. Boiler installation upgraded with fernox magnetic system filter to help protect the main heat exchanger. Inline scale reducer fitted
