From the very start of the process, Global Windows have been fantastic. From the initial contact, Trevor’s help and advice, and our numerous visits to the showroom (because we couldn’t make our minds up!) — thank you for your patience — everything has been brilliant. The survey was straightforward, the window fitting team were amazing and never stopped, and the aftercare has been just as impressive. 17 Windows, 2 French doors and a Comp Door. The cats are absolutely loving their new cat flap too! 🙂

We had 10 windows, 2 doors and French doors installed at our 4-bed detached home in Sheffield by Global Windows, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding - solid, secure, beautifully finished, and a real upgrade to the look and feel of the house. I particularly loved the blue composite front door. The attention to detail during installation was truly impressive, and the workmanship was efficient and flawless. Right from the first visit through to the final sign off everyone has been first class in their customer service, professionalism, communication and expertise. From the initial site visit through to design, building work, fitting, electrics and plastering. All expertly project managed - nothing too much trouble. We contacted Global Windows based on previous customer reviews. From start to finish buying our new front door was easier than imagined. Trevor our salesperson was very helpful with his advice and I must say that the end product is everything we wanted. The efficiency and professionalism of the Fitting Team (David, Keegan and Dylan) was excellent and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. Communication by this company was excellent as is the product. I would definitely recommend them.
