5.67 Unable to resolve snagging issues after work completed

Initially happy with works carried out June 2025. After heavy downpour guttering overflowing, (whole unit needs lifting.) From end July have made numerous contacts with the foreman by telephone calls and WhatsApp with resulting in promises to visit to resolve the issue but I'm still waiting 3 months later, despite supposed 5 year guarantee of work.Verified reviewerJob location: RM17 10 Paving and lawn installations
