    Electronic lock removed and new euro cylinder and handles replaced

    Wife contacted Gary on Sunday night and he messaged to say he would be 10 minutes or so late due to an emergency lockout he was attending turned up when he said he would to remove an electronic lock and replace with a cylinder and new handles. Worked quickly and efficiently and job finished in under 40 minutes. Excellent tradesman and great service. Highly recommended for any locksmith work you need.

    Managed to lock myself out of house due to locking mechanism failing. Called Gary and he attended property within half an hour managed to gain access via another door before working on the broken one No hidden costs, kept informed of what was happening and job completed as said Would definitely recommend

    Replacement locks to both the front and back doors

    The locksmith that came out was extremely respectful of the property, so polite. He worked quickly and professionally.I had asked for additional keys for both doors and he provided these too. I would definitely recommend Gl Lock & Safe. They are really good.

Hi, just a wee post to tell people about myself and my company. I have worked in the security industry for over 14 years from moving safes to picking locks and everything in between.

I am open 24/7, so if you are locked out in the middle of the night don’t hesitate to give me a call! I would be more than happy to come out and get you back into your home.

I am a small family run business so would never over charge a customer as reputation is everything to me and my business. I have put my heart and soul into my work and am looking forward to what the future will bring.

I am fully insured. I have worked all over Scotland, removing / installing safes from 50kg - 3000kg. I have done countless locksmith courses that cover almost every type of lock from run of the mill locks to high security locks.

I specialize in:

  • Cylinder locks
  • Leaver locks
  • Dimple locks
  • Any other locks you can think of non-Destructively (which means you can still use the lock and no need to replace said lock- saving you money)
  • I can change locks on your door if you wish as I always carry a lot of stock on my van.
  • I also change gear boxes / mechanisms on UPVC doors and unjam any UPVC doors that might have become stuck.
  • I also carry replacement handles in my stock if you need your door handles / window handles replaced and if I don’t have the exact replacement, I aim to have them within 24 hours (if not same day).
