GLK building firm completed our single extension,sunken patio and garden paving with lighting to our grade 2 listed building, we had been planning this for many years. Gary and his team where professional, worked to their planned building schedule and provided a specific payment contract. All his team had a ‘ can do attitude ‘ to keep to our vision and architect plans. The team worked and communicated with our kitchen planners, window fitters and the planning officer to deliver on time, an excellent result. We would use their services in the future, we would recommend highly.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft conversion along with a single story exstension to the rear of our property. Gary and his team were incredibly professional from start to finish and we would highly recommend. We have already re booked our date with Glk to have a new front porch and driveway.

We had a new loft conversion and various other odd jobs completed around the house. The work was carried out in the timescales given and up to a 5* standard!

Gary Kendell and his team have been brilliant from start to finish. Not only a friendly group, they work hard, efficiently and meticulous to the finer details. Gary is a great boss, respectful and respected by the team. The work was completed to a high standard within the expected time frame. I can't thank them enough.

We are extremely pleased with our loft conversion. Gary and his team have done an excellent job and provided a flawless finish on everything. They have kept us informed of progress along the way but also cracked on and got the work done. Gary has very good attention to detail and picked up and changed a few things from the original drawings to make the final area exactly as we wanted it. The guys are also very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, they even worked around nap times for my little one. Thanks guys we really couldn’t have asked for anymore.

What a great bunch of guys! Gary, Conan and Steve are the nicest and friendliest team of builders you're likely to come across and Ethan (plasterer), Luke (electrician) and Mike (carpenter) were all just as friendly. The work carried out by them all was top drawer and the attention to detail second to none. A few issues were identified during the build (not of their doing) but nothing phased Gary who was reassuring and put our minds at rest through every stage and was able to resolve them all with ease. We were genuinly sad to see them leave, recommend them highly and will happily use again.
