  Extremely pleased with the work carried out . My shower door had shattered , Gary and his colleague fitted the new door and took away the rubbish for me . They were both very polite and prompt . Would use them again .

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Gary recently completed the renovation and refit of our bathroom, and we are thoroughly impressed with the results. The new bathroom is immaculate and has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. Throughout the project, Gary demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness, consistently keeping us informed of progress and ensuring clear communication. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy workspace were particularly commendable.   Gary has done an amazing job. He dropped everything to help us out with an emergency tiling job following a leak ( dried out) and saved it from becoming a much bigger job. He discusses the project and suggests different ideas leading to finding the best way forward. He has a very strong work ethic and cleans up beautifully! I thoroughly recommend.

  Gary completely ripped out the old bathroom and installed and tiled a new bathroom incorporating many tiled features toComplement and utilise space to the maximum.. he helped protect manage the full job from start to finish including working along side electricians to make the project seem less.

  Bathroom fitting: use with caution

  Overall: happy with bathroom but was stressful due to deceptions/errors. Use with caution. Pluses: - generally tidy and quiet. - bathroom looks good Cons: - timeframe stretched from 2 weeks to over 4 weeks. This was very stressful when it's our only loo/shower. - multiple instances of products not having been ordered to spec, despite payment months before. Felt like luck if we got what we wanted in the end. Unsure whether incompetence or deceit - leaks from toilet, shower and sink meant we had to relocate to family/hotels - towel rail not heating with central heating
