Replied to my inquiry straight away with a Fair price. Turned up next day,on time. Very professional,,high standard of work. and cleaned up when they left. Extremely impressed.

They did an excellent job worked very hard. They consulted on everything they did and were flexible when there was minor problem caused by me not knowing my boundaries. They were tidy workers. Very pleased with the finished result.

Gardening work was agreed but removal of patio support was started, so left with little choice but to continue. No estimate given. He could not find like for like replacement posts but assured me of a good finish. Poor workmanship resulted in a substandard finish with gaps between posts, half sawn tops, misfitting wedges and an untidy, unprofessional outcome. Concrete where there was soil. He charged £1650, a huge amount not agreed in advance. Lumps of concrete were left in our street and hidden in our garden borders. No response to requests to rectify issues.
