Excellent job, completed on time. Very professional

We got an end of tenancy cleaning done as we were moving out of our rental house. The quality was good and the price was reasonable for the standard of work done. Would use their services again.

Claudia was lovely and friendly. she arrived promptly and introduced herself, also allowing my Dog to adapt to her. she started with the kitchen and did a wonderful job from top to bottom. Despite running up to the 2 hour window with most of the time spent cleaning downstairs, she did as much as she could about the upstairs as well and overall did a really good job. Having a busy work schedule, Young baby and a cocker spaniel, I was struggling to find the time to clean, so I am very grateful to Claudia for her hard work. I would absolutely recommend her services

Gleam team wrote to me following a post I put out early August for an end of tenancy clean with a price and that they were available. It was confirmed weeks in advance what was needed and I even checked with them that it wasn't too far and they said it was fine as they were expanding the team. Confirmed the week of as well that they were coming. Got a text on the morning saying that they were going to be 2 hours eta 1015, didn't realise it would take that long. I rang a silly amount of times and text and NO REPLY. NOTHING. ALL DAY. HOW RUDE!!!!!!! If you're not coming just say!!!!!!!!

Gleam Team were utterly brilliant. We got to the house after the sale had completed and it was VERY dirty. They worked so hard and utterly transformed it. Very reasonably priced, flexible and very accommodating. Outstanding.

Claudia’s work was up to a really high standard! I needed a deep clean, she was very thorough and professional. So happy with the work Gleam team complete. Lovely young woman 😊 thank you
