I can highly recommend Susie, her attention to detail is impeccable, she is extremely thorough and leaves the house amazing. She is a little gem and pleased I found her.

Suzy is fantastic! Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she completes my weekly clean efficiently, including changing beds, vacuuming, and cleaning shutters. She always gets the whole house done to a high standard. On quieter weeks, she goes the extra mile, tackling tasks like oven cleaning and laundry—nothing is ever too much trouble. She also provides all the cleaning products, which is a huge help. Highly recommend!

A self-run service leading to customer care. Services provided on several occasions due to the nature of the cleaning necessarily taking a long time and the tradeswoman has been very accommodating in that sense. As long as clear instructions are provided the service is good and to expectations. I may not have provided clear enough instructions in the first place and she has agreed to remedy to the ambiguity on a good will gesture basis. A trustworthy business is only confirmed when unexpected events arise, and this is a trustworthy one.
