I recently had an unfortunate experience with this particular window cleaner. While he was cleaning the windows of the flat above mine, dirty water and debris were splashing onto my windows below. I approached him politely to bring this to his attention. However, he responded by saying that it could not be helped if my windows became dirty while he cleans upstairs, which I thought was inconsiderate , considering I recently cleaned my windows. His approach was unprofessional and rude and work was sloppy as my windows were all dirty by debris and dirty water splashes from his job.

I highly recommend Luke, he’s professional, friendly, thorough, affordable and reliable. Highly recommended.

We have been using Gleam & Shine now for a couple of months and have received excellent service. We receive a text message the day before the clean to make sure it is convenient and the window cleaning is carried out to an excellent standard, would highly recommend.

Gleam &Shine are alwas perlite and on time they will text the night before to see if they can come if it's not convenient they will change it to fit in with the client amazing team
