I was very disappointed with a recent enquiry for secondary glazing for my bedroom windows with this company. Before confirming a date for completion and seeing the actual product that is to be fitted to my windows, this company required half the cost of the windows. I refused to sign and part with £1,000 without a firm commitment from them and an opportunity to see what they will be fitting to my windows. I received an abrupt email saying they did not want to go ahead with the fitting unless I conform to their conditions. What a way to run a business!

From start to finish the service from Glazerite has been excellent. All the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The quality of the work is excellent, the product is good quality and good value for money. The fitters were polite, considerate and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

A big thank you to the team at Glazerite, Lichfield for the fantastic job they made of my conservatory. They worked hard, were tidy, polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I am absolutely delighted with the finish and totally recommend Glazerite, Lichfield and will most certainly use them again when the need arises.
