I approached Glaze of Glory for fitting a cat flap in my French door after being let down by another vendor. Glaze of Glory replied immediately, and arranged someone to come out the next day to give me a quote. Despite the previous vendor insisting that fitting cat flaps directly into full glass panels is expensive and time consuming, Glaze of Glory let me know that they could provide the service as requested and quoted me substantially less than the other vendor. Glaze of Glory kept in contact with me throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Full marks from me!

Really helpful and communicative. I put out a request but wasn’t sure entirely what trade specifically I was asking for, they advised they weren’t able to do this job but quickly responded, gave advice and recommended another company who I have booked in with. Clearly go above and beyond
