Purchased new microchip cat flap, existing cutout too large, required new UPVC door panel and fitting cat flap. I was recommended Auto Glaze by my parents, who spoke highly of their service. Having just moved into my first home on my own, I wanted to ensure my locks and windows were secure. The team who assessed everything were incredibly informative and helpful. The reception team are so kind and accommodating, helping me arrange a date that worked around my full-time job. On the day, Matt—who had also been at the survey —came and swiftly fixed everything perfectly. The whole team was professional, polite, and efficient. Gents were super knowledgeable and professional. We had a pleasure of having them to do the repairs. They were ethical with their advice on the repairs and didn’t advise we should replace them, but repair them. Thanks a lot guys.
