  Great company to deal with. Skilled technicians who are also pleasant to have around the house. Used them for over five years and every job is done perfectly with no hassle. Wouldn’t use any other company for windows

  Excellent service all round

  Called Glaze-fix about a cracked roller hinge on our bifold doors. They arrived promptly and even though they had to spend some time ringing around for the parts they got back as soon as found with a great quote and returned promptly to fit the parts and ensured it was working better than before. Any phone calls I made was answered promptly and always very helpful. Can't believe how professional everyone I came into contact was. Many thanks Glaze-fix you sorted an awkward problem really well.

  Not great. Delays. (Although last reseal was quicker than the kettle boiling!) STILL leaking. OLD mastic left on. Resealed over. Advised “we don’t guarantee …” only informed this week of that. Website advised “specialist in conservatory “ Job not complete

  We fiercely dispute this review. ALL work was completed. Roof reseal was part of a bigger job replacing multiple sealed units in conservatory. We did not charge for the reseal. Customers rude throughout even swearing at a staff member over the phone.

  I used Glaze-fix previously to fit some new PVC casement windows. They did a great job so I booked them again to come and fix some window/door locks that weren't working and causing a security issue. They came quickly, explained the issues and fixed the problems. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and great value for money. I can't rate them highly enough.

  Fitting new front door

  Replace UPVC door panel, fit new cat flap

  Purchased new microchip cat flap, existing cutout too large, required new UPVC door panel and fitting cat flap. Glaze-fix (Mason) and colleague arrived removed existing panel, replaced, fitted new cat flap…..clean tidy and efficient.Recommend….
