  Door catch adjustments and cat flap replacement

  Sean replaced an old cat flap in a back door with a blank panel, so eliminating an unnecessary draught. Perfect job neatly completed - we were delighted with it. Whilst here he also adjusted catches on three doors that had previously prevented perfect closure. Friendly, efficient and reliable. Highly recommend

  Replacement drip bars and remedial work to sun damaged peeling window ledge of conservatory

  Shaun was the most genuine contact that I had from Checkatrade. I was told by others that (a) I needed new windows and (b) drip bars were no longer available and to paint my window ledge! Shaun visited me to view the issue, he suggested an acceptable solution for the window ledge and sourced replacement drip bars. The work that he has done has transformed the look of my conservatory.

  Poor communication

  Responded to job post very quickly and called to organise a visit to quote up work. On the morning of appointment a text was sent by Shaun asking to organise the quote in the following week. Since then no reply to texts or call attempts so no visit took place and another trade needed to be sourced - if a trade doesn't want to do the job it would be much better to just say.

  We had to replace our old door and windows. Shaun was very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail and the time frame of when the job will be completed. We are extremely happy with the end result. The door and windows look amazing. Thanks.

  Window handles locks and panel and done front door from rubbing

  I met Sean after looking through google to find a person that would do a little job of two window locks came out quickly, and went got materials and came same day to fir them i was so impressed of the quality of the handles and his politeness to do the small job i then got him to alter other locks and put new upvc panel in and to see if he could stop the front door from sticking he came round measured up and completed the job within a quick time frame, i will recommend Sean Walker and the firm GLaze Aid Solutions as i was very impressed with workmanship and efficiency
