Job: install new lintel above a first floor window and do selective repointing. Liam from Glandore Construction did a top quality job. He gave me a date for the job well in advance, arranged the scaffolding, turned up on time, covered up windows, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. He showed great attention to detail, for example: he was careful to match the colour of the mortar he used to the existing mortar on the house. We have a brick wall where over time, a large number of the bricks and mortar had failed due to the weather. I contacted Liam for a quote and he responded quickly. There was a problem with sourcing a matching brick as the wall was 25 years old but Liam managed to source a very close match. We agreed to have the work carried out and Liam turned up on time as arranged. He has worked hard in all weather conditions to complete a brilliant result. We are really pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liam.

The work done was absoutely outstanding in terms of the finished product. It looked attractive, was H&S-safe, looks fab and will do long into the future. All viewers were wow`d by it. The brickie was really neat and tidy in his work. He kept noise and any interruptions to a minimum. He was particularly respectful and considerate, even working around a thriving blackcurrant bush! ;") Throughout the process the brickie was really consultative and flexible. He was also transparent and consistent with costs vis-à-vis the quote as my requirements evolved. Therefore, a 100% thumbs-up from me!
