    Extension/kitchen and utility room/patio

    Gladdish and Sons have recently completed our extension project. Markus kept us updated from our initial enquiry following on to project managing and giving us advice at each stage. It became clear to us that the Gladdish name has a great deal of respect from all trades that they collaborate with. All work that was carried out by third parties was done to a very high standard. The whole Gladdish team are impressive. They work hard, are respectful and keep a tidy site which was important to us. We found that they communicate easily with the client and demonstrate great attention to detail.

    Top class job

    Gladdish & Sons fitted a new combi boiler for us which involved a change of position and the addition of a vent through the garage roof. Pete did a brilliant job; his attention to detail is impressive and he was happy to fix a few minor plumbing issues while he was here. The team are polite and friendly and Markus kept us informed at all times. They are booked in to do our extension!

    From before the work had started, communication with Markus has been brilliant. Everything has been really clear and he ensured we understood all aspects. Work progressed really quickly, everyone worked so hard. Everyone was so polite and respectful of our home and towards us. We are so happy with the standard of work, we couldn’t fault anything.

    Major House Renovation

    Gladdish & Sons are currently renovating our home and have been excellent so far. They’ve fully stripped and rebuilt our ensuite, retiled the floor and shower, and extended the space for a 90x90 tray. They’ve also opened up our kitchen/utility into the garage, added new French doors, and created a new front-of-house opening. With flooring and the kitchen fit to go, we’ve already booked them for Phase 2 thanks to their great workmanship. C & L.

Hello, I am Markus Gladdish and I run a family building and landscaping business which is now well established within the East Preston locality. I started my business in 2002, and since then it has grown steadily. My remit abilities has also increased and I am proud to say that I can offer a complete and professional building service, from small to large projects. I always personally manage and undertake each project from concept to completion, and I am entirely devoted to customer satisfaction. A recent addition to the business is my son's Joshua & Sebastian who joined me to learn the numerous skills necessary to fulfill the many varied projects we undertake regularly.

They bring with them brick laying and carpentry skills, having gained experience during extensions and patio projects. Although a great deal of our remits are straight forward, I particularly enjoy the challenge of 'working outside the box' where I can offer inspirational solutions and ideas to customer requests where the norm may not apply.
