  A Great Family Run Company

  I had the downstairs of My house opened up and bi fold doors installed by Gladdish & Sons. This included the removal of Old doors. Several walls taken out. The installation of three steel beams. Then everything made ready for decoration. From the initial Quote to the finish of the job. This Family run company has been professional, informative, polite and tidy. It is never easy to have builders working in Your home. However this was a pleasure.

  Great work by a friendly family business

  I liked the look of this company when I saw them building an extention. I contacted Markus who gave me a quote to knock down a wall to extend and refit my kitchen. From the start I found Markus and his team extremely friendly, polite, punctual and very professional. À great family run business. Markus took a lot of the stress out of the equation by organising all the red tape issues and correcting a few issues that presented themselves. I am totally satisfied with the finished work and have no hesitation in recommending them if you need work done. Thankyou again Markus and the team. Ed Scott

  Small building project

  Gladdish & Sons removed a brick built conservatory, laid a patio and installed french doors plus some internal work. From the moment we met Markus we were confident that the work would progress well. He is highly knowledgeable, explained clearly what all the work carried out would involve. He always took the time to talk over any concerns or issues. Both Markus , Josh, Tom and all who have been involved in our building project have been very polite, tidy and respectful of our property. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. . A more competent firm would be difficult to find.

  New Driveway

  Markus first came to repoint some brickwork and we were very happy with his knowledge & professionalism. We then asked him to replace our uneven drive with a new and larger driveway. His team were, once again, professional and courteous. The work has been carried out to an excellent standard with great attention to detail. They even managed to find a solution to the ever present foxes, which has prevented fox paw prints in the concrete. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

  Created new kitchen & downstairs toilet by knocking out bathroom, kitchen, larder & supporting wall.

  Markus gave useful advice to help us work out the best options for our kitchen space. Because of the age of our house we expected some unforeseen issues once the job began, but Markus was very good at flagging these quickly & helping us to decide the best options. His teams were all a pleasure to work with, punctual and focussed on delivering a high quality job. Markus ran the whole project for us, co-ordinating the other trades and suppliers he was not directly providing, the structural engineers and the council. The result was a high quality job were are very pleased with. Recommended.

  Renovations

  Having moved to the area fairly recently we had a long list of renovations both internal and external including knocking out walls, a new window, external cladding, several bathrooms, doors etc. We built an excellent working relationship with Gladdish and Sons, the communication was always excellent and the standard of work was superb. They are a lovely team to work with, always very respectful towards us and our home. We highly recommend.
