  Created new kitchen & downstairs toilet by knocking out bathroom, kitchen, larder & supporting wall.

  Markus gave useful advice to help us work out the best options for our kitchen space. Because of the age of our house we expected some unforeseen issues once the job began, but Markus was very good at flagging these quickly & helping us to decide the best options. His teams were all a pleasure to work with, punctual and focussed on delivering a high quality job. Markus ran the whole project for us, co-ordinating the other trades and suppliers he was not directly providing, the structural engineers and the council. The result was a high quality job were are very pleased with. Recommended.

  Renovations

  Having moved to the area fairly recently we had a long list of renovations both internal and external including knocking out walls, a new window, external cladding, several bathrooms, doors etc. We built an excellent working relationship with Gladdish and Sons, the communication was always excellent and the standard of work was superb. They are a lovely team to work with, always very respectful towards us and our home. We highly recommend.

  Replacement kitchen

  We were recommended Gladdish & Sons to install our new kitchen and were very impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Markus provided us with a quote and kept us informed at all stages. Seb and Ciaran worked tirelessly fitting our kitchen, leaving all areas clean and tidy at the end of the day. All other trades involved: electrics, plumbing and plastering maintained the same work ethic. It was a pleasure to have such a courteous and respectful team work in our home, with the kitchen completed to an exceptional standard. We would highly recommend them.

  Final phase of a large extension

  To say we are really happy is an understatement , from the demolition to the rebuild was nothing short of first class , all the work carried out was always to an exceptional high standard, we had some issues that were found during the renovation and Josh, Seb & Markus were absolutely outstanding with sorting these things out we also added extra work that we wanted doing, they were always prompt on arrival and always left us clean and tidy we are extremely happy with everything they have done, we and to all the other workers Josh, Ciaran, Pete , Jamie and of course thankyou Markus Josh and Seb

  New rear fence

  Have used Marcus and his sons before highly recommend them . Very efficient work hard on site tidy and easy to have around . Workmen ship is excellent and use good quality wood for the fencing . Finished off very well .

  Phase 2 of refurbishment to a plant room.

  A great job again by the Gladdish crew. Good communication at all stages of the job. The work was in a working industrial and commercial setting and so the team had to adhere to our H&S requirements in order to keep everyone safe. Work included a new stud wall, new window installed, plastering and painting and block work. Also new lighting installed and electrical connections made. Reliable, courteous, left everything clean and tidy and were able to flex to include a couple of additional jobs whilst on site. Would recommend!
