  Harjit & Palvinder are highly skilled builders with exceptional attention to detail. They completed a fantastic 2 bedroom loft conversion and a new back extension with kitchen and lounge within timelines. They dealt with major issues in a constructive manner and worked to keep project on track.

  GKR Builders recently completed a major rebuild of my home and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The project was huge – they basically rebuilt the house from near scratch, keeping only two existing walls, adding a 7-metre rear extension, a loft conversion, and a 3-metre first-floor extension. Despite the scale and complexity, the team handled everything with real professionalism and care. From the start, communication was clear and honest. They took time to understand what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions along the way, and were upfront about timelines and costs.

  I recently engaged GKR builders for building works to my house. As they were new to me and the works were vast I asked them if I could see their recently completed works and their customers were full of praise. The time & costs estimate quoted by other builders was much more as compared and GKR completed the works to our utmost satisfaction. During the works, we made changes & GKR quoted reasonable prices. After completion the inspectors attended and yesterday they issued me with the Final Certificate. I have no hesitation in recommending GKR as the team is wonderful and very professional
