GK plumbing completed a full bathroom renovation I cannot fault the quality of the work completed, Ian and Lucas did a high spec job with great attention to detail. However do not be taken in by Russ, all he is is a sales manager, not a project manager. Communication when he is trying to win your job will be faultless, rapid responses, answering all your questions But once he has your deposit don't expect to hear from him. Comms will fall of a cliff, I only received updates after multiple chases. The team was changed with no warning, he attended the start of the job 10 days after it started

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Russ, the project manager, was fantastic from start to finish. Roger, Ian, and Lucas didn’t just show incredible attention to detail, they also covered such a wide range of skills, from plumbing and plastering to carpentry, tiling and finishing touches. They kept everything tidy and didn’t stop until we were completely happy with the final result. The fact that Russ personally came at the end to sign everything off, down to the tiniest details, really made a difference. An absolute pleasure all around!

Boiler problem which was quickly and accurately diagnosed. repairs made. All working fine. We have used GK for many years now and always had excellent service, good work and professional approach.

GK Plumbing installed our boiler system 3 years ago and subsequently carry out an annual service. The original installation was carried out without any problems, mess or inconvenience to ourselves and on a timely basis. The annual services are similarly problem free and we have complete confidence in the skill and customer care all members of the business provide.

I have used GK Plumbing for a couple of years to service the central heating boiler. I found the engineers to be polite and while carrying out the work they were clean and tidy.
