Very disappointing. Employed via my building contractor who is so disgusted he offered to pay to rectify GK’s failure (offer refused). I can’t fault quality of work or professionalism when Grant actually attended, but sadly that is the major issue. From day one, he failed to show up for the job then continually made excuses (van broken down, illness, running late, didn’t see your message…). Job eventually completed other than changing downlight surrounds - incorrect colour installed - and paid in full. Waiting since June 2025, calls/texts ignored and now blocked my number. Avoid.

That said, I don’t fully agree with all of the points raised in your review, as I feel some aspects may not accurately reflect what took place. But However, I do take all feedback seriously and will reflect on your comments.
