I’m extremely pleased with the work carried out by GK Decorating & Renovation and would highly recommend them. Communication was excellent from start to finish, reliable, clear and very thorough during the enquiry, quote and booking stages.  As the work was for a rental property, I received daily photos and video updates, which were incredibly helpful and reassuring. Gus is very honest, transparent and very trustworthy, and even identified issues in the property that I hadn’t been aware. The standard of workmanship is outstanding and the flat has been completely transformed. I’m delighted!

I am a landlord and have known Gus for over five years, during which time he has worked on several of my properties. I urgently needed repairs over the Christmas period following a bathroom leak, and Gus was extremely accommodating. He managed the entire job, including arranging a tiler and repairing the water-damaged paintwork himself. The tenants were very pleased with the quality of the work. Gus is reliable, sticks to agreed dates, and communicates clearly if plans change — a level of professionalism that is rare. I would highly recommend him.
