We discovered a leaking rooflight at our home caused by a poor product originally fitted by the builder. G J Smith Roofing were the only Velux-approved contractor who promptly responded and arranged a survey. From start to finish, their service was exceptional — professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Every challenge was handled with real skill. Thank you to the whole team — office, management, and on-site. Highly recommended.

From my first contact with GJSmith through to the work being competed, they have been amazing. They are extremely helpful and really do go the extra mile. The work was carried out on the day specified, the workers arrived on time and made an excellent job of clearing up afterwards. They supplied me with plenty of photos and an explanation of the work they carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and I will use them again without hesitation. The scaffolding, although arranged by GJSmith, is a different company and is therefore not included in this review.

The team that was assigned to do the works were amazing and they have done an incredible job. They identified the problems and quickly rectified everything, bringing everything up to code. I was kept informed every step of the way. I would recommend anyone who needs the expertise of GJ Smith Roofing as they went above and beyond.
