Gavin visited the house and gave a prompt estimate for repointing. He and his colleagues appeared when they said they would (not a given these days, unfortunately) and did a really good job of repointing, including clearing up the dust etc at the end of each day and offering to do the same for any neighbours affected. Gavin then gave us an estimate for relaying patio/path and completed this job to a very high standard. It has transformed the “kerb appeal” of the house. Gavin took responsibility for the completion of the job and chased the skip company to remove their skip.

Gavin was the only person to quote from seeing the job in person. The other firms quoted from photos and my measurements. Call me old fashioned (I am) but meeting someone in person tends to help decision making. I hope I can update this review after the work is completed but…so far so good 😊

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The house now looks really good. They tidied up every day, and at the end of the work left everything clean and tidy. Very polite and kept us informed every step. We can’t praise them enough.

Gavin and his team (Stuart and Jamie) recently repointed 3 sides of my house. The process was smooth from start to finish. The price quoted upfront was very fair and in line with Check-a-trade guidelines. After each day the team tidied up and hosed down ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. The work has been completed to a very high standard, so much so that they have secured additional work from several of the neighbours. Gav, Stuart and Jamie were incredibly polite and professional, and even re-sealed our upstairs windows when asked. A refreshing experience. Thanks very much.

Gavin and team did a great job for us identifying and fixing some water we had coming in around our roof line. This was a complex job due to the nature of the roof design, and we really appreciated the way Gavin explained what was wrong and how to fix it. He ended up fitting a new damp proof membrane, new drip trays, relaying the top course of bricks and repointing several more. Quality of work is excellent and we’ve singed had Gav back to do some other repointing work for us. Great to find someone we can trust and rely on.
