Needed a builder to do some work on my mums house. She had a leak in her conservatory. James was called and came out on a Sunday, spent an hour investigating, to determine the problem, which we found impressive. He explained everything fully, and provided a very reasonable quote. With my mum being of maturing years, he went above and beyond for her, and was understanding when problems arose. He kept me informed via text, whatsapp, with photos and videos, so I could see the progress Can not recommend James and G J Building Solutions enough, and we would definitely use him again in the future

Our chimney needed repairs, and GJ Building handled it perfectly. The work was neat, solid, and completed on time. The team was friendly and professional throughout the job.

The team from GJ building responded quickly to a request to urgently resolve leaks in both the chimney and a Velux window in the middle of a bungalow roof. Upon arrival they performed a thorough inspection and were keen to ensure I was not only given all the options and explanations of what they found but also to physically show me so I was able to make an informed choice throughout the job. In the end they were fantastic at pivoting quickly from a small repair to a significant replacement of nearly 3000 tiles and all the batons and felt. I really appreciated the engagement and work done.

James and his team were quick and efficient at making a roof repair for us. We especially appreciated them coming to our property on a Sunday to make a temporary repair to stop further rain coming through the hole left by a storm.

Very quick to attend and fix our flat roof! new rubber seal applied within 2 days and the leaky roof has stopped. Very communicative through text, keeping constant updates about the work

Thank you for guiding me through the process for my roof repairs. Everything was explained and shown why the work needed doing. When the work started, things happend when they were said rhat they would happened. You could see everything was done to a high standard.
