Needed a builder to do some work on my mums house. She had a leak in her conservatory. James was called and came out on a Sunday, spent an hour investigating, to determine the problem, which we found impressive. He explained everything fully, and provided a very reasonable quote. With my mum being of maturing years, he went above and beyond for her, and was understanding when problems arose.
