I had a very quick response from them when I posted on Sunday, which was great, because I needed to get the job booked in for Monday. Communication was clear throughout, so I understood the timelines, the issue and the fix that needed to be applied. Part replacement was ordered and installed quickly. Very professional, friendly and efficient, will gladly work with Gibbons Gas again.

My boiler was playing up and wasn’t getting any hot water, I was in panic as I have a disabled child that enjoyed his baths before bed, I rang the number on the leaflet I had received. Joe arrived very quickly with a smile. I felt at ease as joe reassured me that the water would be back to normal in no time. Once he had finished he made sure everything was tidy and I thanked Joe for his service. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

I contacted Joe as my tap was leaking, he was quick to respond, communication was great and he was clean and tidy and respected my home - will definitely use again.
