Graeme called on the day agreed to fix my boiler. The job was made more difficult than anticipated because the new kitchen installer had inadvertently made it impossible to get the front cover off the boiler. After solving that problem and fixing the boiler he then helped out with a couple of niggles on the system. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous throughout. I could not recommend him more highly.

Graeme undertook our boiler service again, at the same time as we needed a leaking stopcock repaired. We brought Graeme on board for our servicing and other plumbing and heating needs after he worked on our kitchen as a supplier to the kitchen fitter. His calm approach, thoroughness and responsiveness meant we were keen to add him to our contacts, and here we are.
