In simple terms, from initial contact with Graham Hurst dates and times ( promptly met by the way) were arranged for their engineer Josh to attend ours and proceed assist in intruder upgrade. Completed, tested and handover efficiently, importantly with knowing the strength of GHE and their genuine customer service, I can only speak highly of Graham Hurst as a person, his team, colleagues and engineers. The electrician came and was a young man named Danny he was very professional knowledgeable and appeared proud to get out his van and proud to conduct the work I have recommended him to numerous people Not only that he also cleaned up thoroughly after which was a pleasant surprise
