    Excellent service

    Richard installed a new Aqualisa shower for us and did a fantastic job. He was polite, friendly, and very informative, explaining everything clearly. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and the finish is excellent. We’re very extremely happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    Shower Replacement

    GFSS was incredibly helpful, and very friendly. Our technician made a 45-minute fix to a 2-month headache, and was lively and chatty the whole time! Our new shower works perfectly; it was fitted in good time, and the whole time he showed me what he was doing. I didn't felt like I was being talked down to, either, as is often the case, but instead there was a level of mutual respect and understanding. I would highly recommend their services!

    Replacement shower

    Richard communicated quickly and helped to identify the replacement model, which we are really happy with. The job itself happened when expected, and was done very professionally. And all for a good price.

    Bristan shower leak

    Locating a plumber to resolve a faulty Bristan bath/ shower faucet was a nightmare as the job was too complicated for most. After a lot of research I found Richard and can honestly recommend him to everyone. Richard was diligent and extremely helpful in using contacts to find a discontinued part when most would have given up. What was more impressive was the leak wasn’t fully resolved (most likely given age of shower) but unlike dealing with most trades Richard was happy to come back out and resolve - and didn’t charge extra. Any issues with your shower go to Richard. You won’t regret it
