My old wash & dry toilet seat had a crack in it (no pun intended) that was just getting worse over time and needed to be replaced. I'm disabled so this was an urgent job for me as it's the only toilet I am able to use. The folks at Gerrard Interiors were spot on, great communication, came to inspect, and promptly sorted a day to fit it. On the day it was all sorted within an hour, and it wasn't an easy task as the surroundings of the toilet made it quite difficult to gain access underneath to affix the seat.

They came and said they could also fix my back wall. Great! Got a quote and paid deposit and went to work. Came home to a bombsite. Cement mixer exploded, food wrappers on the floor, didn't cover the lawn when they took the wall down. Left used gloves everywhere. After the Bank Holiday Easter weekend they came to tidy and finish up. Chased payment before they'd finished. In their hurry they chose to paint the wall in the rain. Which ran! Matty very argumentative. Denied sweeping the mortar into the drains and blocking them. Took me 3 weekends to clean up. Got another company to seal the window
