We are here to make your life easier, having repaired and installed thousands of appliances, we can help with your washing machine, washer dryer, dishwasher, kitchen extractor fan or oven.

1) We guarantee that any parts fitted, any appliance installed, any diagnosis given, or any repair completed is done to a high standard, without cutting any corners. We will also refund you appropriately if we haven't stuck to this promise.
2) You will receive a discount on your repair as part of our commitment to punctuality. You will automatically enjoy this discount if we arrive late for your appointment.
3) We pride ourselves on transparency. This means no call out fees and no surprises. Whether it’s a diagnosis, a repair, or an installation, you will receive a straightforward, competitive price for the task, free from any hidden charges.
4) We value your time. That’s why we do not make you stay at home waiting for us all day long. When you book an appointment with us, you will receive a one to four hour arrival window.
5) With us, 3 out of 5 appliances are repaired within just one visit, however, if your appliance requires more than one visit to repair, you do not have to pay anything extra.
