    Misleading quote

    I was quoted £40 to £70 to install a dishwasher. In the call I did mention I had a faulty dishwasher that needed taking away. At the time of payment I was charged £110 for what seemed like a straight forward like for like install with no additional adjustments. £110 to plug in a dishwasher is just too high. I did contact for clarification and was told they should have been mentioned to me they charge an additional £40 for recycling of of old unit. I would not recommend.

    Attended after a long and trying journey to reach our house on a Friday afternoon. Identified the fault, effected a repair on the second visit, having ordered the necessary item. Really good and knowledgeable about dishwashers.
