I've used George for various projects over the last few years, one being a complete refurb after tenant left a property wrecked! We work well together, he's very talented, reliable, great communicater, open, honest, also has some very good suggestions and input which all helps. All these qualities are vital when working with someone, especially from a distance which I was at one time. He's very proud of his work, did an amazing job on, plumbing, plastering, painting, kitchen & bathroom installs, tiling, gardens etc, everything. I would highly recommend George to anyone and would never hesitate
