Had our bathroom removed and replaced by George and Jack in January 2025. First class service from first contact to completion. Communication, customer service, advice, expertise, value for money, good manners, pleasant company, tidy, timely, flexible, courteous and respectful. A joy to have in our home. We have no hesitation in highly recommending George and Jack Guillan. If you are considering a new bathroom in Emsworth, Westbourne, Southbourne and surrounding area. Look no further!

An upstairs shower leaked into the hall. A very neat exploration identified the problem. A replacement part was ordered, fitted and after allowing time for everything to dry out a very neat repair was done to the hall ceiling, which was the access point. Everything was fully explained, totally reliable and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Even before the work began George was easily available to answer our queries regarding materials,layout and timings for work. All work carried out by George and Jack was to an excellent standard of workmanship. They were exceptionally clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the finished renovation.

I found George via Checkatrade and hired him on the basis of the excellent reviews, and I couldn’t have been happier. Both him and Jack were a pleasure to deal with and have in the house. The job was to remove a bath and replace with a walk in shower. They’ve done a fabulous job, they left each day and the place was spotlessly clean. They were were kind, friendly and very professional. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in future. If only all work could be done so seamlessly!

After we became aware of a serious leak, George Guillen carried out extensive exploration works to discover the source of the leak. he then stripped out the existing fittings and service ducts, and allowed the water to dry out prior to commencing any fitting works. The works involved rebuilding the service ducts and framing, installing new panelling, refitting all pipeworks with new, installing new isolating valves, retiling all walls and floor, installing new underfloor heating, and installing all new sanitary ware, shower screen, and electrical works.

Jack has done such a fantastic job. The new shower room looks beautiful and the standard of work is superb. I was quite nervous about the project but he was very patient and advised me on the best choices for the new flooring and tiling etc. He arrived every day at 8.30 was friendly, kind and courteous, a pleasure to have in our home, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
