Installed new supply for power shower and made safe unsafe

We can’t express enough how pleased we are with the work carried out by George to repair our unsafe and uninhabitable power shower left by a rouge bathroom fitter. The installation was part of the overall price quoted by the fitted but it was soon apparent that something was very wrong. George quickly diagnosed the fault and not long afterwards we had a fully functional, safe, hot working shower that is paramount to a family of 4 with only one bathroom. George was always professional, polite, safe, tidy and on time, very reasonably priced and sent me the certification and guarantees for the work.

George’s communication was spot on from the start - from making the arrangements to fit in around my work schedule, visiting the house himself and then providing a professional quote afterwards. I’d arranged a few quotes mid Oct and actually decided to have some different work done by someone else instead, however I found George very professional and knowledgable. His quote was very reasonable and provided in writing within 48-hours. I didn’t feel pressured to book the job with George and he remained friendly and professional when I got in touch to say I wasn’t booking the final job with him.

George was an absolute pleasure to work with, and really takes pride in his work. He conducted various electrical works in a 2 bedroom property following a tenant move out (Including spot lights with dimmer switch, new sockets and light fittings, extractor hood, external socket and safety lighting). His professionalism was evident as he knew the right safety standards and provided guidance and identified the works required to remediate incorrect wiring. I highly recommend George for any electrical works.
