  Paul Gent responded quickly to my request and came to assess the work required on a bank holiday weekend. He explained clearly what was required and returned at the time and day agreed to do the work. He kept me fully informed and successfully completed the work to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate in recommending Paul to family and friends. He is a very professional and skilled tradesman.

  Stopped leak and advised next steps to take for new stopcock and lead pipe replacement

  He very quickly rang me to find out more about the problem and said he could be here within the hour to quote and complete the work if the quote was acceptable. The job was completed in a short space of time. The plumber was very friendly and polite, explaining the problem, how he could fix it in the interim and then what he could do to repair it long term. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumber and use again.
