We have a large Laurel Hedge that required trimming. Martin’s team worked very efficiently and tidied up after the job. I was very pleased with quality if the work and the price was competitive.

We’ve used General Garden Services twice now as we overhaul our garden. On both occasions I’ve found Martin and his team to be quick to quote, they turn up when they say they will, and most importantly do high quality work. We were delighted with the work done, and they are now our go to firm for this kind of work.

Martin came promptly to quote for cutting down and removal of conifer tree.. The team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Very pleased with the whole process.

Martin left me down twice when initially arranging to quote. He then finally did the quote and confirmed he would be with us today. I messaged him at 8 to make sure he was coming it was then and only then he told me he had an issue with his transport. He called an hour later to say it was going to be a couple of hours. I then had to call him a couple of hours later only to be told that it would probably be another hour and a half but couldn’t say for definate. He did not keep me updated and I’ve had to chase several times. Really unimpressed.

Martin was very courteous and communicated from start to finish. we needed several large hedges trimming, removal of garden waste and bins and the team were very quick.
