We engaged Phil and team to do a side extension, build a porch and other home improvements. I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct Phil again. His pricing is fair and transparent and the workmanship is excellent.

Many thanks to Phil and the whole team for their great work, opening up our kitchen-diner and installing a flat roof, and constructing timber framed dormers on our 1940s bungalow, and creating various openings and structural works. They were reliable, flexible and completed the work to a high standard ahead of schedule - and they were happy to suit our requirements for a shell only build, and focused on making things work! We're delighted with the works and enjoyed having the team onsite. Very transparent and easy to work with.

Phil and the team were great - really good communication, reliable, on time, very tidy and great quality workmanship. They even put up with the wasps that appeared from the rafters - which I am very sorry for!

Phil and his team upgraded our 4-car garage into temporary living space after our house was destroyed by fire in Jan. 2025. We needed on-site accommodation urgently and Phil kindly fitted in the work around his ongoing commitments. He offered invaluable advice on how best to insulate and design the space and then delivered the upgrade in a very cost-effective and timely way. Phil and his team were very friendly, flexible and easy to work with. This was extremely important for us given the stress we were under in the aftermath of the fire.

The team were helpful, punctual, tidy and professional. We're thrilled with our kitchen, and Phil even came back 3 years later to look at a leak in our roof for us as a favour. Very much recommend.

Phil is a great person and a builder the work his team carried out was excellent, his team were completely reliable and left everything tidied away and very clean keeping them informed on a daily basis. Very impressed, would recommend without hesitation and already engaged with Phil again for the extension project.
