  Great communication and great work at a very reasonable price

  Emil was super helpful and scoping out what was needed. He was very clear on his costs and approach and gave us a couple of options that we could choose from. His work was very good and he was always on time and very mindful about the tenants in the property and getting the work done as quickly as possible to the best possible standard.

  Repairs and plumbing work

  We had 4 jobs carried out by Emil. He is reliable, replies to all messages and we were happy with all work he carried out for us. He fixed , repaired , replaced Leaking Bathroom tap, dripping kitchen tap and repaired to high standards broken kitchen door. We were also very grateful for his help by urgently attending and fixing a water pipe leak from our kitchen flat which was impacting on the flat below. We would recommend Emil without hesitation.
