Gene was great. Booked the job really quickly and did an amazing job fitting our new tap. Even noticed we had a problem with the washer on the tap and a slight leak on the waste under the sink. Fixed both and was done within the hour.

I had been able locate the leak. Gene turned up fully prepared and completed the job in just an hour. I was expecting him to have to recreate better access (which would have caused damage to a tiled floor) but Gene was able to fix the leak from the access I had already created. I'm sure others may have "laboured" the job by creating more work, but not Gene. Would I use Gene again? Absolutely!

Came did the job good communication

Gene Kitson plumbimg recently replaced my toilet and did an excellent job. The work was neat, efficient, and professionally done. I’m very pleased with the result and would highly recommend his plumbing services.
