  Leaky tap, complicated fix

  Great professional service helping to tackle a problem that seemed simple but was more complicated. A range of issues related to water tank/water pressure. Answered our questions clearly and talked us through everything including next options. Happy with the service we received despite it uncovering some bigger issues to resolve in the medium/long term. Would recommend this company to others

  Jet spray was vibrating and leaking

  We had issue of jet spray was vibrating loud and leaking,Andrew was smart to understand the issue over video shared .He also carried part along which needed changing to save time.He is reliable, punctual and did job really quick,,

  Tough job done well

  The work was done excellently and within a comfortable time. The taps were hard to unscrew, but with quite some persuasion, this was done. After that the new taps were installed in no time. Highly recommended.

  Gas boiler

  The engineer just serviced my Gas boiler, would like to say, Andrew had done a Aexcellent job, with minimum mess as the boiler also needed to be flush through to help the system to circulate so it can work more efficiently, no more cold spot in radiators. Also the shower pressure is much more powerful than before. I was completely impressed how knowledgeable, Andrew is, he explained to me what he was doing and why. Andrew is reliable, punctual and efficient would highly recommend him? The price for the job was more reasonable than I have had in the last six years from other gas boilers

  The best service and honest advice

  Checkatrade was my last option but I’m glad I found Andrew as this was in fact the best option. Andrew and his son were a God send! They arrived prompt and went straight to fitting our new taps. Andrew also gave us valuable advice on our shower issues, sorted the blockage and sealed the shower. This not only solved the issue, but also saved us time and money as I thought they would need to remove the panels and go underneath under the shower tray to sort the issue.

  Boiler leaking

  plumber arrived promptly and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed the boiler including putting a new part in, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Andrew. Even though he had spent two hours in the loft with the extreme heat, he didn’t not charge me over the top prices even though it was a Saturday 100% sure other boiler company would have charged me double the amount.
