Prompt, and completed the job. Left some mess and tissue blocking the sink but the pair worked efficiently and completed to a good standard. They were also friendly.

GEM 24/7 was honestly a life saver when my boiler broke late in the evening. It was such a nightmare and I was really panicking until I called and within a very short time, help was on the way! The engineer who came to help was ever so nice and managed to get everything up and running within no time at all. I was so grateful and wouldn't hesitate to call them again (although fingers crossed I won't need to). Thank you team! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service Liam the plumber and his son provided when replacing a flexible connector pipe and investigating an issue with our shower pump. They were friendly, very punctual and didn't try to push for extra work when we needed time to consider our options. No surprise costs beyond what we agreed on phone.
