Cannot fault. Excellent communication. Cliff came exactly at the time promised. Completed the job very thoroughly even though it turned out more labour intensive than envisaged. He put in so much time and effort and kept me informed throughout the job of any changes he needed to make. He had to go out to get parts and cleaned up after finishing. All this and he refused to take any additional payment and stuck to his word despite taking significantly longer than planned to complete the job. All in all an excellent experience. Cliff is very polite and professional and I would highly recommend.
