My mother had contacted this company to come and give a quote to supply and fit several night storage heaters . A date was arranged to come and quote , but the person never showed or even rang to say they couldn’t make it .. shame on them to do this to an 86 year old woman ... David initially responded well and was to provide a quote for various bits and pieces. In fairness he was about to go on paternity leave which was fine with us. Job location: SO40When phoned an electrician was with us very quickly, they identified the fault, ordered the part and returned to replace it the next day. Couldn’t fault the service we received
